Depending on the type of procedure you are having, your pre-registration process may consist of two steps: pre-registration and pre-admission testing. Pre-registration refers to completing paperwork associated with your visit to the hospital. Pre-admission testing refers to having any necessary laboratory tests, X-rays or other health screenings completed before your scheduled procedure. If required for your type of procedure, pre-admission testing will be scheduled by your physician's office. Completing the pre-registration paperwork will decrease the time you spend registering when you come to The Medical Center for your pre-admission testing and/or your procedure.
